Class Details

Monday group 8pm - 9pm. Program : 1 hour every week. Join solo / with friends. This program is your perfect introduction to belly dance. Learn the basics from scratch with easy-to-follow instructions, building technique with 1 simple combination week by week to see consistent improvement and develop a strong foundation. 📚 — in the next few weeks, • Graceful arm moves • Hip technique • Upper body isolations • 1 Simple choreo developed over a few sessions Core toning, flexibility, + strength-based methods. With a clear breakdown of moves and guidance on how to activate the right muscles, you’ll gain the tools to execute each move with confidence. —————————— Your Transformation : —————————— By the end of practicing for a few weeks, you’ll feel ready to show off the new moves with a short and sweet choreo that you’ve learnt with more confidence in your self, body, & dancing. Expect to notice improved posture, enhanced feminine energy, and fluidity in your moves. *If you want to transition into my Level 2 eventually, then my programs are important as they don’t come often.
